江以东（1533年—？），字贞伯，直隶滁州府全椒县人，民籍，明朝政治人物。
生平
[编辑]应天府乡试第二十三名举人。隆庆二年（1568年）中式戊辰科会试第十六名，二甲第三十三名进士[1][2]。历官南京吏部郎中，万历五年（1577年）正月升江西提学副使。
家族
[编辑]曾祖江泰，寿官；祖父江荣，顺天府库大使；父江锺，母林氏；继母朱氏。慈侍下。弟以潮、以清、以渐[3]。
