水上救生

水上救生，是一种包含游泳及救生技巧的竞技运动，为世界运动会竞赛运动种类之一。依水域之不同，分为静水竞赛和海水竞赛两大类，各有其不同的比赛项目，但皆以速度取胜[1]。

静水竞赛包括200米障碍游泳、50米带假人、100米混合救生、100米穿蛙鞋带假人等个人项目；及4x50米障碍接力、4x25米带假人接力、4x50米混合救生接力等团体接力项目。海水竞赛包括海浪游泳、救生板竞速、海洋铁人赛（四项）等个人项目；及救生板救生、鱼雷浮标救生等团体项目。
