归辛树，金庸小说《碧血剑》和《鹿鼎记》里的人物之一，人称神拳无敌，为金庸小说武功绝顶高手之一。在《碧血剑》中为绝顶高手，之前跟主角袁承志有些过节，但已和好，跟铁算盘黄真及袁承志为师傅穆人清最得意的三大弟子之一。在《鹿鼎记》一书中，主角韦小宝告诉归辛树一家入清宫的图，他们得知后，企图刺杀康熙，但行刺失败，被清宫侍卫所杀。
在《碧血剑》一书中，归辛树与妻归二娘结为夫妻多年，却一直没有儿子，直到有一天，归二娘终于有胎了，但好景不常，孩子刚出生就生了病，归辛树夫妻找遍了所有的大夫，都没办法治好孩子的病。但他们夫妻得知有一种药可治了孩子的不治之症，总算治好了孩子的不治之症，没白费了归辛树夫妇的苦心。到了《鹿鼎记》一书中，时代背景变为清朝，夫妻因吴三桂给了他们一家好处错杀天地会的卧底吴六奇，为此感到愧疚，决意跟儿子归锺一同刺杀康熙，结果被清兵围捕，最终一家三口死于清宫。
