欧阳俭（1914年—1961年10月9日），广东省番禺县盐步镇人，在广州市出生，幼年时移居香港，在英文学校受教育，父亲欧阳若湖亦是演戏剧，欧阳俭17岁跟新细伦学艺，满师后先做乡班，后迅速担任一线文武生；后期改演丑生；粤剧四大名丑之一，20世纪50年代至60年代的香港电影演员，10年间参演近180出电影。[1]
他喜欢购买新款的产品及收藏精品，尖沙嘴漆咸道是前铺（经营“士多”）后居的家，购物的金额占收入75%[2]。
1961年10月9日（星期一）早上7时因胃癌在九龙圣德肋撒医院病逝，享年47岁，遗下妻子梁宝莲（欧阳俭赴美国演出时认识的当地粤剧花旦）、8岁女儿欧阳宝宝及6岁儿子欧阳贝贝。遗体当天被送到九龙殡仪馆，1961年10月11日安葬荃湾华人永远坟场 。当时他的片酬为港币3,500元[3]。
为纪念欧阳俭而摄制1962年电影《春满帝皇家》：香港一众红伶、红星义务参演，收入交欧阳俭遗孤作生活费及教育费。[4]
