欧蒂塔（英语：Odetta，1930年12月31日—2008年12月2日），全名欧蒂塔·霍姆斯（Odetta Holmes），是一位美国黑人音乐家、演员、吉他手、作词家、人权活动家，常被誉为“美国民权之声”。她的音乐极大地发展了民谣、蓝调、爵士、灵魂等多种类似的音乐方式。她是1950年代至1960年代美国民谣复兴运动的先驱和代表。她的影响遍及许多音乐家，包括鲍勃·迪伦、琼·拜亚和詹尼斯·乔普林等人。
