横塘河

横塘河是位于香港梅窝，邻近银河并流入银矿湾的河流。

上游

横塘河上游由数条支流组成[1]，大都发源于禾上坳。

横塘河中上游，位于热带密林的溪流。

中游

横塘河中游位于海平面以上低于10米地区，由密林进入石屎水道，两傍是民居或度假屋。

下游

横塘河出海口近银矿湾泳滩的红树林，具生态价值。

横塘河下游比较宽阔，分为两条水道，水道间为红树林，高海平面仅3米[1]，除植物外，也吸引很多鱼类觅食。河流近出口之上有一条石桥连接银矿湾泳滩北半和南半及银矿湾酒店。横塘河于近泳滩处突然收窄和变浅，曾产生类似三角洲的地理特征。

横塘河出海口近银矿湾泳滩的三角洲，吸引不少泳客在此耍乐。
