樱井纯（英语：Jun John Sakurai，日语：桜井 純，1933年1月31日—1982年11月1日），日裔美籍理论粒子物理学家，著有多本量子力学研究生教材。其中，《Modern Quantum Mechanics》更成为量子力学课程的经典研究生教材。
生平
[编辑]樱井纯于1933年出生于日本东京，于1955年自哈佛大学取得学士学位，并于1958年自康乃尔大学取得博士学位。于芝加哥大学担任助理教授后，自1970年起在加州大学洛杉矶分校担任教授。于1982年，在瑞士日内瓦欧洲核子研究组织担任访问教授时逝世，当时其著作《Modern Quantum Mechanics》尚未完成，其后由夏威夷大学的段三复（San Fu Tuan）教授续编完成。
