《极品飞车：宿敌》（英语：Need for Speed: Rivals，中国大陆译作“极品飞车：宿敌”，香港和台湾译作“极速快感：生存竞速”）是一款由Ghost Games（前EA 歌德堡）非线性（开放式世界观）竞速游戏，也是EA长寿作极品飞车系列之一。《宿敌》于2013年11月19日在Microsoft Windows、PlayStation 3及Xbox 360上发行，PlayStation 4和Xbox One版本则会在2013年第四季贩售。

[编辑]《极品飞车：宿敌》的游戏模式会类似于2010年发行的极品飞车：热力追踪。[2]玩家可以选择加入非法赛车手（简称“车手”）或是警察阵营，各自会有不同的挑战、风险与奖励。[3]《宿敌》会有11种不同追捕与逃脱科技工具可供升级及使用，例如电磁脉冲、震波以及路障等等[2]。
地图设定
[编辑]游戏中的虚构城市海峰郡（Seacrest County）、地图是属于开放性的，警察和车手之间持续上演着街头追逐惊险场面。[2]而开放世界设定则与2012年推出的极品飞车：最高通缉类似，包含各种各样的跳跃动作、速度检测陷阱、车辆解锁等。[4]
任务设定
[编辑]玩家在完成教程以后，选择阵营，开始各自的任务。在任一阵营中，玩家可以切换阵营游玩。警察阵营中玩家可选择巡逻，卧底，执法不同路线。游戏默认的FPS在30帧。

[编辑]随着 EA 加拿大与Black Box2012年的整并并定位专注于在线免费游戏[5]，EA提前于2011年建立起新的工作室—— EA 歌德堡（现Ghost Games）。EA歌德堡位于瑞典哥德堡，专门负责开发寒霜引擎游戏[6][7][8]、当中包括极品飞车系列的开发工作[9]。根据工作室成员履历、不少成员都有赛车游戏开发的经历，包括系列前作《亡命狂飙》、Forza Horizon和Project Gotham Racing。
2013年5月23日，EA 确认极品飞车系列续作《宿敌》，并附上宣传片段。[3][10][11]并同时确认《宿敌》由EA 旗下瑞典Ghost Games连同Criterion Games 合作开发。[12]
发行
[编辑]EA表示所有游戏预购者都会免费获得“终极警探包”，内含日产GT-R黑色版警车、缉捕技巧增强以及自定义涂装。[12]
