杨式（1464年—？年），字训远，四川叙州府富顺县人，民籍。
生平
[编辑]治《书经》，由县学生中式正德二年（1507年）丁卯科第二十四名举人，年四十五岁中式正德三年（1508年）戊辰科会试第二百五十一名，第二甲第十五名进士[1]，任刑部主事，因为母亲年老请求终养[2]，县内有进士坊为他而建[3]。
