椎间孔（intervertebral foramen），又称神经孔（neural foramina）是指在两个脊椎骨之间形成的孔洞。
每两个脊椎骨之间都会有一对椎间孔，脊神经、背根神经节、脊椎动脉、内外神经丛等多种解剖构造会由此穿出。椎间孔内存在韧带结构，这些韧带为孔的神经血管结构提供保护和组织作用[1]。
