检讨
检讨又称自我批评，是指一个人否定自己所做所为的一种行为。根据心理学特质理论的观点，一个人如果过于频繁的检讨，则表明这个人比较消极，而且其对自我的认识也比较混乱。 [1]频繁的检讨甚至与重性抑郁疾患都有一定的关联。 [1][2][3][4][5]
