梁玺（15世纪—16世纪），字朝用，山东东昌府聊城县人[1]，明朝政治人物。
梁玺是成化十九年（1483年）的举人，二十年（1484年）联捷进士[2]，获授南京户部主事，负责督运凤阳军储，严厉查核隐漏，丰年时不贪分毫多余粮储，事成后军民上书请求留任，不久陞吏部考功司员外郎，但因母亲逝世回乡，在家去世[1]。
祖父永乐十二年举人、无为州同知梁栋，父驿丞梁能，子弘治十七年举人、新城知县、赠户部员外郎梁相，孙梁承祖、梁承宗、隆庆二年进士、陕西按察司副使梁承学[3]，曾孙万历七年举人梁衍祚、诸生梁衍胤、梁衍光、梁衍烈、梁衍祯。
