格雷夫森德（Gravesend /ˌɡreɪvzˈɛnd/）是英国肯特郡西北部、泰晤士河南岸的一座城镇，格雷夫舍姆的行政中心，距离查灵十字35公里，是一座通勤城镇。
气候
在2003年，格雷夫森德创出有记载以来英国最高气温的记录，达38.1摄氏度。格雷夫森德大陆性气候特点较强，因此气候较干燥且阴天少。格雷夫森德在此之后也多次记录过高温天气，2011年曾达到33.1度。
