格特鲁德·韦弗（英语：Gertrude Weaver，1898年7月4日—2015年4月6日），旧姓盖恩斯（Gaines），生于美国阿肯色州，美国超级人瑞[4]。
2012年12月17日狄娜·曼佛瑞迪尼逝世后，她成为美国在世最年长者；2015年4月1日，她更取代大川美佐绪成为全球在世最年长者，但她仅维持此一称号五天就因肺炎而去世[5]。在她去世的时候，她是人类史上第七长寿的人，也是仅次于莎拉·劳丝和德尔菲亚·威尔福德后美国第三长寿者。
生平
[编辑]盖恩斯于1898年7月4日生于阿肯色州拉法叶县的一个非裔佃农家庭[6][7]。盖恩斯在1915年7月18日与坚尼·韦弗结婚（Gennie Weaver，1898年7月18日－1969年7月11日），育有四个子女[8]，丈夫在1969年去世。韦弗在116岁生日时，只有一位儿子在她死后仍然在世（当时他93岁）[6][9]。
104岁时韦弗的臀部受伤后，她入住康登的一间老人院。康复后，韦弗能使用轮椅到自己的家和帮助她的孙女。109岁时，韦弗重新入住该老人院。韦弗的健康逐渐衰退，但她115岁时仍然可以离开自己的房间去吃东西和活动[10]。韦弗没有任何慢性病和健康问题，其年龄也没有受到任何质疑。她的睡眠定息准时，从不吸烟及酗酒[11]。
韦弗告诉美联社，老人院有三个因素可以令她长寿“相信神、勤奋和爱所有人”[10][12]。韦弗告诉时代杂志还有第四个，就是“做你可以做的，如果我们不可以，就不要做”[11]，或“善良”[13]。
在116岁生日时，韦弗获老年研究医学组织认证为“最年长的美国人”[10][14][15][16]。老年研究医学组织和健力士世界纪录也确认她比杰拉琳·塔利年长（以前塔利被认为比韦弗年长，而韦弗死后她成为最年长的美国人和最年长者）。韦弗还收到总统巴拉克·奥巴马的信，写道：“康登市长宣布，她的生日为‘格特鲁德日’”[16]。
2015年4月6日，韦弗因肺炎在老人院逝世[17]。韦弗是最后几位生于1890年代的人之一[18]。
