格吕耶尔起士(法语:le gruyère法语发音:[ɡʁɥijɛʁ] ;德语:Greyerzer)是源自瑞士弗里堡州小镇格吕耶尔Gruyères)的一种起士。

概述

格吕耶尔起士外壳涂有油,相当大块,起士肉质地坚硬,口感细滑,呈黄色,上面有很多小洞眼,闻起来有蜂蜜和坚果的味道。

制作

在制作过程中,格吕耶尔起士需以盐水保持湿度,加速成熟的过程。
