柏林地铁55号线（德语：U-Bahnlinie 55）是德国柏林的一条地铁路线，起点是中央车站，终点是勃兰登堡门。柏林地铁55号线目前只有三个车站，不和任何其他地铁路线连接，且只有一辆列车运行。2020年3月17日，柏林地铁55号线停止运营。柏林地铁55号线将与延长后的柏林地铁5号线合并，成为柏林地铁5号线的一部分。2020年12月4日，柏林地铁55号线与柏林地铁5号线合并后的线路开通[1]。
