林资深（16世纪—16世纪），字学静，福建福州府福清县人[1]，明朝政治人物。
林资深是嘉靖二十五年（1546年）的举人，授罗雄知州，为政慈爱廉洁，因父母去世回乡，辛劳重建被烧毁的房屋，又将遗产尽给与弟弟，有孝友名声；改任崖州知州，地方黎族汉族杂处，人民大多失业，他引来八里外濬沟，南北合注水流灌溉田地数万亩，兴建石桥方便往来，并谕抚黎族人使境内安宁，人民立碑及建祠纪念他，升高州同知，署理化州事务，教育化州人用瓦片代替草茅避免火灾，不久他在审判死刑时与盐运司冲突，因此辞官回家，家居杜门不干预官府，谦厚而好施，县人称长者，著有《五经精言》[2]。
弟弟林资澜是嘉靖四十三年举人，授孝丰知县，未任而卒[1]。
