松索罗尔（Sonsorol）是帕劳16个行政区其中一个。该州由4个独立的岛屿组成，面积4平方公里，位于贝里琉岛（Peleliu）西南，人口共100人。当地居民使用松索罗尔语，该语言属于楚克语族。同时也使用帕劳语。
历史
2012年12月，宝发台风重创松索罗尔州，该州居民被疏散至柯罗州Akebesang避难。其中37人来自松索罗尔岛，19人来自普洛安娜岛，2人来自梅里尔岛。数个月之后，政府在考虑花费与交通后，决定仅重建松索罗尔。最后42人回到松索罗尔岛，截至2015年，松索罗尔岛为该州唯一有长住居民的岛屿。
