松树谷（英语：Pine Gap）位于澳洲国土中央，是一由美国与澳洲共同营运的卫星地面观测站，距离东北方的爱丽斯泉约18公里。 自1988年起官方正式称其为松树谷共同防御设施（Joint Defence Facility Pine Gap），原先则以共同防御太空研究设施（Joint Defence Space Research Facility）之名为人所知。[1]
设施
松树谷中包含一座大型电脑，拥有14个保护天线用的天线罩，另外有超过800位人员在此工作。松树谷被认为是[谁说的？]最大的梯队系统 地面观测站之一，与位于美国科罗拉多Buckley Air Force Base以及英国RAF Menwith Hill的两座信号探测情报设施在外观和功能上都有所相似。在松树谷工作的美国政府人员据信是来自美国国家安全局和其他关连部门（如中央情报局）。松树谷周遭的空域是全澳洲唯一禁止高度5500米以下飞行的限制区 。
松树谷的位置在战略上相当重要，全球有三分之一的区域都在其可控制的美国间谍卫星探测范围中，当中包括了中国、中东油田以及部分俄罗斯。澳洲中部对于可在公海上进行信号拦截的间谍船来说距离过远，也因此获选为地面观测站设立地点，而松树谷亦成为当地的经济重心。
运作
松树谷自1970年开始运作，同时约有400个美国家庭移居爱丽斯泉。
抗议
作为美国的军事设施，松树谷因此引来多次抗议。2005年12月，六名和平主义的抗议者到此举行了抗议活动。他们中的四个人后来被指控闯入该设施并被捕。他们的审判于2006年10月3日开始，也是第一次使用澳大利亚自1952年制定的《国防特殊承诺法》。[2]
