东汉普夏（英语：East Hampshire），英国国会一郡选区，位于英格兰东南部汉普夏东部，包括汉普郡东的绝大部分地区。
本区始设于1983年，一直是保守党的根据地。在2010年大选中达米安·海因斯以56.8%选票胜出该区[3]首度当选，继承了迈克尔·梅迪斯的议席。
