东徐州，中国南朝宋时设置的州，在今山东省临沂市一带。

沿革

南朝宋泰始三年（467年），割徐州东莞郡、东安郡置东徐州^[1]，治所在东安郡发干县团城（今山东省沂水县）。辖境相当今山东省沂水县、沂源县、蒙阴县、莒县、莒南县、日照市和江苏省赣榆县。

北魏皇兴二年（468年），占领东徐州。太和二十二年（498年），改东徐州为南青州。^[2]
