东京六大学棒球联盟（日语：东京六大学野球连盟、平假名：とうきょうろくだいがくやきゅうれんめい），是六所位于日本东京都所属的棒球部所构成的学生棒球连盟。
- 1903年 11月21日 早稻田大学与庆应义塾大学进行第一次的对抗赛。此两校之间的对抗赛俗称为早庆战，被视为东京六大学棒球联盟的起源。
- 1914年 明治大学加入，成为三校联盟。
- 1917年 法政大学成为此联盟的第四校。
- 1921年 立教大学加入。
- 1925年 东京帝国大学（现东京大学）加入。东京六大学棒球连盟成立。9月25日的开幕战为明治对立教。
- 1926年 明治神宫棒球场建成，并成为东京六大学野球联盟的比赛场地至今。
- 1932年 早稻田大学于5月10日一时脱离连盟，并于同年的秋季回归。
- 1943年 4月17日 因为战争关系，日本政府文部省强制联盟解散。
- 1946年 战争结束，联盟复活。
