杜苟（越南语：Đỗ Cẩu，1946年10月8日—2022年6月16日[1]），越南足球运动员，司职后卫，为前南越国家足球队及前食品工业队队员。
杜苟在1946年10月8日出生于法属柬埔寨金边，1973年东南亚半岛运动会足球比赛代表南越国家足球队赢得银牌。
1980年退役。之后在1984至1987年间担任安江二队教练。
1987年以后正式告别球坛。
他的儿子杜凯亦是司职后卫的足球员，1994至2001年间曾经代表越南国家足球队上阵。
