李良年（1635年—1694年），又名法远、兆潢，字武曾，号秋锦，晚号芋田叟。浙江秀水人。清朝文人。
生平
李绳远之弟。先世原籍江阴，后徒居嘉兴王店镇。生于明思宗崇祯八年（1635年），少时曾与邻女浣衣相爱，“后经年不复相见，张夜梦之”，[1]家贫，以诸生游食四方，曹申吉延入贵州巡抚幕府，后因获悉朝廷要撤三藩，恐祸乱将作，遂离开贵州。康熙十八年举博学鸿词，[2]冒名虞兆潢，且未及第。以后不再复出，谙建筑，筑秋锦山房于长水上梅会里之漾葭湾。[3]康熙二十九年（1690年）应邀赴徐干学洞庭山书局，助修《大清一统志》。与沈进等友好，又与朱彝尊、李符、沈皞日、沈岸登、龚翔麟号为浙西六家。[4]康熙三十三年（1694年）卒，朱彝尊为之作墓志。
亲属
良年初娶钱氏，兵科给事中桐乡钱允鲸之孙，继娶陆氏。子李潮偕，为国子监生。
