李策（?—?），字仲方，山东省安邱县（今安丘市）人，清朝官员。同进士出身。
李策于乾隆二十五年（1760年）中毕沅榜三甲进士。授湖北竹溪县知县，当地民风彪悍，李策到任后，清理诉讼，积案一空。改署孝感县知县，补直隶安肃县，不久改武清县知县。李策为人刚介自持，对上司不曲意逢迎，遭人中伤落职。嘉庆元年（1796年）赴千叟宴。民国《安邱新志》有传。[1]
李策出身于安丘峰山李氏第十四世，家族登科第者甚多。[2]李策子于垣为乾隆四十八年（1783年）癸卯科举人，子于培为嘉庆元年（1796年）丙辰科进士。
著有《文梓轩古文》二卷，《于役诗草》三卷。[1]
