李升，字仲高，福建省福州府福清县（今属福州市）人。明初官员。
洪武三年（1370年），明朝首开乡试，李升中式庚戌科福建乡试第一名举人。洪武四年（1371年）辛亥，联捷吴伯宗榜三甲进士。官山东新泰县县丞。[1][2]
