朱肱（？—？），字翼中，号无求子，晚号大隐翁，北宋吴兴（今浙江湖州）人。[1]宋代中医学家。
生平
朱服之弟。[2]生卒年不详。[3]博学通儒，北宋元祐三年（1088年）进士，历官符雄州（今属河北）防御推官，知邓州（今属河南）录事。崇宁元年（1102年）日蚀，朱肱上疏言灾异，因忤旨罢官，退而酿酒著书。政和四年（1114年），起任医学博士。次年，因书写苏东坡诗而获罪，贬官达州（今四川达州）。政和六年（1116年），以朝奉郎提点洞霄宫，召还京师。人称“朱奉议”。[4]精研张仲景之《伤寒论》。有子朱遗直。
著作
著有《伤寒百问》，后又增补，改称《南阳活人书》或《类证活人书》。[5]另有《内外二景图》三卷，今佚。

- ^ 周密《齐东野语》卷七《朱氏阴德》说：“朱承逸居霅之城东门，为本州孔目官，乐善好施。……是岁，生孙名服。熙宁中，金榜第二人，仕至中书舍人。次孙肱，亦登第，著名节，即著《南阳活人书》者。服子彧，即著《萍洲可谈》者，遂为吾乡名族焉。”
