朱盛濂（？—1654年5月6日（永历八年三月庚戌）[1]），明朝宗室、南明军事人物[2]。
生平
朱盛濂曾担任是宿迁知县，崇祯十六年（1643年）和王之仁击退清朝军队；湖州沦陷，他们前往夹浦湖口，清兵来到，总兵汾阳张图南拒守，投水而死。朱盛濂中箭，走捷径到海盐招募士兵，又命令游击杨某联络朱盛澂到舟山[2]。事情遭泄露，他潜行镇江、扬州、芜湖，回到镇江，从子朱凤毛到焦山出家为僧，和妻弟覃夫为刻印散札，盛濂的儿子朱繇泰的岳父贡生谭典若、御史蒋拱宸跟随。家人李兴通报清朝，令他们被擒；永历八年（1654年）春天朱盛濂起兵战死[3][1]。
