《最后华尔滋》（英语：The Last Waltz）是加拿大-美国摇滚乐团乐队合唱团于1976年11月25日感恩节在旧金山温特兰德舞厅举行的音乐会。作为乐队合唱团的告别音乐会，[2]乐团请来许多重量级特别嘉宾来同台演出，其中除了前雇主罗尼·霍金斯和巴布·狄伦外，还有保罗·巴特菲尔德、鲍比·查尔斯、艾瑞克·克莱普顿、尼尔·戴门、约翰博士、琼妮·密契尔、范·莫里森、林哥·史达、马迪·沃特斯、罗尼·伍德以及尼尔·杨等。此次音乐会的音乐总监由乐团最初的唱片制作人约翰·赛门担任。
这场音乐会由比尔·格雷厄姆监制和策划，导演马丁·史柯西斯将音乐会拍摄并制作成同名纪录片，于1978年上映及发行。担当电影执行监制的乔纳森·塔普林曾是乐队合唱团1969年至1972年的巡演经理，之后为史柯西斯1973年电影《残酷大街》担任监制。塔普林推荐史柯西斯是拍摄纪录片的理想导演人选，并向他介绍了乐团成员兼词曲作家的罗比·罗伯森，因此开启两人日后的合作。这部纪录片以音乐会为主，其中穿插在工作室录音棚里拍摄的表演，以及史柯西斯对乐团成员的采访。纪录片的原声带分别于1978年和2002年发行，两个版本收录不同歌曲。
《最后华尔兹》被誉为是有史以来最伟大的纪录片音乐会电影之一。2019年，这部电影因“具有文化、历史或美学意义”而被美国国会图书馆选入国家影片登记表保存。 [3][4][5]
