曾家进（Tsang Ka Chun，2001年11月10日—），生于香港，香港足球运动员，司职后卫，现时效力香港超级联赛球会骏英九龙城。
2019/20及20/21球季，曾家进曾五次为理文上阵出战菁英杯。
2022/23球季，曾家进加盟骏英九龙城，并得到教练团的信任，获得稳定的上阵机会，在第24周的赛事主场迎战葵青射入加盟以来的首个入球。
2023/24球季，曾家进仍然能够在激烈的位置竞争下获得正选一席，并在关键的榜首大战主场迎战中西区射入关键入球协助球队以三比二胜出。
