曾宇琦（16世纪—17世纪），字锺玉，江西抚州府临川县人[1]，明朝政治人物。
曾宇琦是万历二十二年（1594年）江西乡试举人，万历四十一年（1613年）中会试副榜，授宁国知县，陆任崇庆知州，当时白莲教民作乱，阴谋和狱中囚犯和应，他察觉后秘密搜查狱内军器，并缉拿为首作乱者，令州内安宁；流寇包围成都，他奉命监督土司安董等人救援，事平后因功加一级，获赐表里。之后他升任保宁同知，因父母去世服丧，赴阙补任安庆同知，不久辞官回乡，与同乡易应昌、傅朝佑十多人建立真率会，人称“洛社耆英”。
儿子曾承右是崇祯三年举人，曾孙曾鳌则是康熙二十三年举人，而另一位曾孙曾锳则是康熙五十六年举人[1][2]。
