曼纽尔陨石坑（Manuel）是位于月球正面澄海西部的一座小撞击坑，其名称取西班牙男性名，1976年被国际天文学联合会正式接受。

该陨坑位于耀西陨石坑及卫星坑“阿拉托斯 CA”东侧，西北偏北靠近欧文山脊，它的西侧分别为克里斯特尔谷和克里希纳谷、北面则分布了宋梅月溪。与曼纽尔陨石坑最接近的月坑有西面的乔伊陨石坑，北面及东北偏北分别的林奈陨石坑和班廷陨石坑，而小陨坑霍恩斯比和苏尔皮基乌斯·盖路斯陨石坑则分别位于它的东南偏东及南面。 此外，沿西、东、面三面分别绵延着加斯特山脊、冯·科塔山脊和巴克兰山脊，西北侧则是亚平宁山脉的东北端-菲涅耳岬，而西南则横亘了苏尔皮西乌斯·加卢斯月溪[1]。它的中心月面坐标为24°28′N 11°22′E / 24.47°N 11.36°E，直径0.57公里[2]，深约0.08公里[3]。
曼纽尔陨石坑类似月表上一处外形不规则的洼坑，坑壁最大高出周边地形20米[3]，内部容积约0.01公里3[3]。陨坑北半部从东至西横贯了一串小链坑。
