曼努埃尔一世·梅加斯·科穆宁（希腊语：Μανουήλ Α΄ Μέγας Κομνηνός，拉丁化：Manouēl I Megas Komnēnos[1]，约1218年－1263年3月），是特拉比松帝国的君主（1238－1263年3月在位）。他是国王阿历克塞一世的次子。
1238年，其兄约翰一世在玩马球时意外死亡后，曼努埃尔因此得以继承皇位。在他在位期间的1253年1月时，首都特拉比松发生火灾[2]。1254年，他从鲁姆苏丹国的手中收复四十年前被攻陷的锡诺普。1263年，曼努埃尔病逝，其长子安德洛尼卡二世继位。
