曹松（约830年—903年），字梦徵，晚唐舒州桐城县人[1]。
早年因避战乱流亡洪州（今江西南昌）西山，[2]后依建州（治所建安，今福建建瓯）刺史李频。[3]李频死，再度流落江湖，长年奔波于浙江、福建、广州等地。[4]曹松不满现实，但又热衷功名，唐昭宗天复元年（901年）杜德祥榜进士及第，当时高龄七十一岁，与王希羽、刘象、柯崇、郑希颜合称“五老榜”。[5]初授校书郎，终官秘书省正字。同年冬，辞官返回江西。[6]天复二年（902年）以后谢世。工于诗，其诗多描写名山胜水，尤多南国风光，风格近似贾岛，但没有贾氏的幽峭、怪涩。[7]有《己亥岁二首》：“凭君莫话封侯事，一将功成万骨枯”，乃千古绝唱。著有《曹梦徵诗集》3卷。《全唐诗》卷886录其诗140首。
