暨艳（？—224年），字子休，三国孙吴吴郡（今江苏苏州）人。[1]官至尚书，有集三卷。[2]
同郡张温引荐暨艳与孙权，担任选曹郎，后官至尚书。暨艳性狷介，好为清议，升迁评定等只看自己喜恶，“贤愚异贯，弹射百僚，核选三署，率皆贬高就下”。陆瑁、陆逊、朱据都曾劝阻他，[3]但暨艳全不接受。黄武三年（224年），暨艳的举动受到多方愤怨，而且起用曹郎和徐彪结党以权谋私，全凭自己的憎爱处事，而不是以公理处事，孙权大怒，最终暨艳及同党徐彪被孙权下令自杀。推举者张温也因为受暨艳事件牵连被罢官。[4]
