普里奥焦尔斯克（俄语：Приозе́рск、芬兰语：Käkisalmi、瑞典语：Kexholm、Kägöisalmi）是俄罗斯列宁格勒州的一个城市，位于圣彼得堡西北145公里的拉多加湖畔。2002年人口为20,506人。

12世纪建立。1940年根据《莫斯科和平协定》由芬兰割让予苏联。1948年由凯基萨尔米/凯克斯霍尔姆改为现名。
