普法尔茨-苏尔茨巴赫（德语：Pfalz-Sulzbach）是维特尔斯巴赫王朝的分支，属于维特尔斯巴赫王朝长系（普法尔茨系）。
普法尔茨-茨魏布吕肯伯爵沃夫冈于1569年去世后，领地被五个儿子瓜分；其中奥托·海因里希获得苏尔茨巴赫，成为第一任普法尔茨-苏尔茨巴赫伯爵。1604年奥托·海因里希去世，领地由长兄诺伊堡的菲利普·路德维希继承，后者将领地重新分配：其长子沃夫冈·威廉继承普法尔茨-诺伊堡，次子奥古斯特则继承普法尔茨-苏尔茨巴赫。
