伯氨喹（英语：Primaquine），是一种药物，用于治疗和预防疟疾及治疗肺囊虫肺炎[2]，尤其是当其他药物都不能使用时，可用于预防与治疗间日疟原虫和卵形疟原虫引起的疟疾[2]；此品可与克林霉素并用作为治疗肺囊虫肺炎的替代处方[2][3]。给药途径为口服[2]。
常见副作用为恶心、呕吐及腹绞痛[2][4]，因为溶血反应的风险很高[4]，伯氨喹不能用于蚕豆症患者；也不建议用于怀孕患者[5][6]。如果确认婴儿并非蚕豆症患者，母乳哺育的母亲是可以使用的[6]。本品的作用机转尚不明朗，但据信对疟疾寄生虫的DNA有其作用[2]。
1946 年，伯氨喹问世[3]；名列世界卫生组织基本药物标准清单，认可为医疗系统中最安全有效的药品[7]，市面上可取得其学名药[2]。在发展中国家的批发价为单日 0.04 美元到 0.11 美元[8]，在美国，整套疗程的药费为 50 美元到 100 美元[5]。
