《星际之门：宇宙》（Stargate Universe）是一部于2010年开始播映的美国科幻电视连续剧，故事以1994年的科幻电影《星际之门》（Stargate，由狄恩·德夫林／Dean Devlin及罗兰·艾默瑞奇编剧，艾默里奇导演）为基础，讲述电影完结后的故事，属《星际之门》系列中的第四篇。《Stargate：SG-1》当时以7个符号通向地球所在星系的其他星球，《Stargate：Atlantis》则用了第8个符号定位通向其他星系，而《Stargate Universe》将会启用神秘的第九个符号来连结到古人飞船之处。
本剧主舞台是一艘古人建造自动巡航于宇宙的巨舰命运号，另一艘子舰是无人驾驶可以在宇宙任一处安放星际门；紧随命运号航行，舰上星门离地球极远需要特定大能量地形的星球作为起点才能拨号成功，星际之门总部的探险队登舰后却发生了意外，原拨号星球毁灭无法回到地球，只好与船舰在浩瀚银河中穿越无数星系冒险，并逐步揭开当初打造命运号的秘密任务。
