昔康
昔康(英语：Oxicam)是一类非类固醇抗发炎药(NSAIDS)，其可和血浆蛋白紧密结合。[1]大多数的昔康类药物会不具选择性地抑制环氧合酶，唯一的例外是美洛昔康，其稍微偏好抑制COX-2(10:1)，然而，此在低剂量下才有临床上的重要性。[2]

化学结构
昔康类化合物的物理化学性质可因环境有所不同[3]，相对于其他非类固醇抗发炎药，昔康类不是羧酸，其会异构互变并且具有多重的互变异构体(酮-烯醇互变异构)，下有附图以吡罗昔康为例：[4]
药物副作用
昔康类药物的使用被认为与多形性红斑、史蒂芬斯－强森症候群和毒性表皮坏死溶解症有关，此关联为昔康类药物不会被普遍地作为主要处方用药原因之一。
