易诚礼 CBE JP（英语：John Francis Yaxley；1938年11月13日—）是前香港司级官员，早年就读伯明翰 King Edward VI Grammar School[1]，曾任职经济司（1986年5月－1987年2月）、副财政司[2][3]（1987年3月16日－1988年）、房委会委员，1989年4月返回英国，现任英国广播公司顾问[2][3]。此外，易诚礼已婚[1]，儿子于1964年出生[1]。
