明月山是香港的一个非法骨灰龛场，项目曾经估值13亿港元，是香港上市公司(SEHK # 8218)香港生命集团主要资产。明月山位于元朗牛潭尾、占地2180平方呎，设有1560个龛位，计划可安放先人骨灰。最高纪录，已经有190个出售。

2010年5月，香港生命集团宣布开发明月山。在同年8月，参考城市规划大纲图显示，原地只可以发展作乡村设施，因此规划署指控明月山非法经营骨灰龛。由此，该公司明月山以司法复核挑战规划署指控，在2011年10月3日，高等法院判决月明山败诉，上市公司香港生命集团股价大趺及停牌。
