明星系统（star system）是一种制作手法，指在戏剧、电影等领域选用名气高的人物，并以其为前提进行作品制作、团队编制、宣传策划等。明星系统发扬自好莱坞电影，电影公司选择有前景、有人物魅力的年轻演员，并为其塑造人格形象。
