昌盛中国地产

昌盛中国地产有限公司（港交所：1863）是一间中国大陆地产公司，主要从事广州的房地产业务。[1] 昌盛中国地产曾打算于2008年1月于香港交易所上市，计划集资额介乎8.3亿至11.28亿港元，但受当时市况影响，而延期上市。[2]

2009年，昌盛中国地产分别把中华广场出租给广东海印永业（集团）股份有限公司及把广东中山市的地皮以6.4亿元出售予中国奥园地产以获得资金清还欠债。[3]
