那不勒斯意大利面(日语:ナポリタン Naporitan)是一种将意大利面洋葱青椒等等用番茄酱翻炒的日本洋食

这道菜改良自那不勒斯蕃茄意大利面,是二战后经由日本横滨的洋食厨师入江茂忠参照那不勒斯意大利面改良而成,成为日本一种大众化的菜肴。在泡沫经济时期以前的吃茶店、轻食堂等餐厅几乎都有供应,此外也作为家庭料理食用。

调理方法与概要

根据日本意大利面协会的推荐食谱[1],要将意大利面与烟肉洋葱青椒番茄等食材以番茄酱翻炒、焦化调理。烟肉能用火腿、维也纳小香肠等替换。最后依照个人喜好撒上塔巴斯科辣椒酱、红椒粉或芝士粉
