《新观察家》（法语：Le Nouvel Obs，发音：[lə nuvɛl ɔps]；2014年–2024年名为L'Obs，1964年–2014年名为Le Nouvel Observateur），是一家法语新闻类周刊杂志，总部位于巴黎。
自1964年创立伊始，该报便涉足政治、经济等领域。其新闻覆盖范围包括欧洲、中东和非洲的政治、商业及文化问题。被描述为“法国吃鱼子酱的左派人士的半官方机构”（quasi-official organ of France's gauche caviar）。[1]
