新加坡童军总会（英语：Singapore Scout Association, SSA）为新加坡最早的青少年组织之一。新加坡的童军运动鼓励青少年发展整体身心灵、情感与社会发展，并特别强调童军诺言与童军规律中“为神尽本分”、“为国家尽本分”与“扶助他人”。
现况
[编辑]2010年，新加坡在4个主流童军阶段共有10,292名童军成员[1]。每个阶段都必须符合特定的年龄，规划各阶段的重点目标。幼童军阶段为7─12岁（小学阶段），童军阶段则为12─16岁（中学阶段）；冒险童军与罗浮童军的年龄则分别为15─18岁与17─25岁。除了主流童军阶段外，还设有海童军，下设海童军、冒险海童军与罗浮海童军，并针对身心障碍的童军成员成立了自强童军。
之前，新加坡拥有空童军但遭到废除。2011年，空童军重新开办，并改名为“黑骑士空童军”（Black Knight Air Scouts），于2012年3月24日举办仪式欢迎最新一批罗浮空童军成员[2]。2012年7月5─8日，20位来自工艺教育中区学院（ITE College Central）的黑骑士空童军成员于泰国曼谷参与了2012年海外训练计划，在泰国皇家空军指导下完成了空降训练[3]。
使命
[编辑]新加坡童军运动的使命[4]，是基于童军诺言与规律，对青少年族群的教育产生贡献，让青少年在自我满足的气氛下，建立更美好的世界，并能对社会有所贡献。
童军诺言

to do my duty to God and
the Republic of Singapore,
to help other people and
to keep the Scout Law.[5]
凭我的荣誉，我承诺我愿尽力，
为神与新加坡共和国尽本分，
扶助他人与遵守童军规律。
申办第23次世界童军大露营
[编辑]新加坡童军总会曾于2008年申办第23次世界童军大露营，并选定实龙岗岛作为预定的主营地[6]。然而，在2008年世界童军委员会会议当中，决定将主办权授与日本童军总会[6][7]。
