挪威集团军（德语：Armee Norwegen），是二战期间在挪威和芬兰最北部地区作战的德国国防军部队。挪威集团军隶属于德国国防军挪威陆军最高司令部（德语：Armeeoberkommando Norwegen，AOK Norwegen），它是控制远北德军的两个陆军梯队总部之一。
德国国防军挪威陆军最高司令部直接隶属于国防军最高指挥部。它于1940年12月由第21集团军群创建，该集团军群的前身是第21军，挪威集团军于1944年12月解散，其部队由第20山地集团军接管。
在集团军存在的4年里，指挥官只有一人，为尼古拉斯·冯·法尔肯霍斯特大将。
