拉伊族，是尼泊尔一个古老的藏缅语系民族，克拉底人的一部。他们分布于尼泊尔东部，印度锡金和大吉岭。在2001年，他们人口有635,751人。

他们可能是远古时期从东方经缅甸北部和阿萨姆地区进入尼泊尔，后被沙阿王朝征服。

他们有些人信印度教，但多数人信仰传统宗教，因他们没接受种姓制度，所以被巴洪们认定为首陀罗(因他们吃牛肉和喝烈酒)。

他们主要生计是务农和养猪，一些年青人则在英国、印度当廓尔喀士兵。
