抑扬格（英语：iamb，/ˈaɪæm/，或iambus，源自于古希腊语：ἴαμβος，ḯambos），又译为轻重格、弱强格、短长格，是一种音步，使用于多种不同的格律诗之中。抑扬格由一个轻读的音节，加上一个重读的音节组成，最早起源于古希腊的韵律。相反的，一个重读音节，加上一个轻读音节，则称为扬抑格。

在英语口语中，原有轻音节与重音节的区别。以一个轻音，加上一个重音形成的音步，称为抑扬格。

举例来说，attempt这个单字本身是一个音步，具备抑扬格的特性（x代表轻音，/代表重音）：

在法语中，则是以一个短母音音节跟一个长母音音节形成一个抑扬格音步。

一个句子中，有五个音步，称为五步格。采抑扬格音步的五步格，称为抑扬五步格。
